Ceremonial matcha
Ceremonial grade is our purest matcha — grown in the shade, stone-ground slowly and selected for color, flavor and quality. From Uji, Kyoto. EU organic certified. First flush harvest. Best enjoyed whisked with water at 80°C.
Organic
All our matcha is EU organic certified — grown without synthetic pesticides or chemicals. We think that matters, especially for a product you drink every day.
Ingredients
This product contains 100% organic Japanese matcha (Camellia sinensis).
How to make
- Start by heating 60ml of water to 80°C (176°F).
- Add 1 teaspoon (1.5g) of Ceremonial Matcha powder into a bowl.
- Pour the heated water into the bowl with the matcha powder.
- Whisk the matcha powder and water together until the mixture becomes smooth, frothy and lump-free.
- Pour the mixture into a cup.
- If desired, add more warm water to create a traditional matcha tea, or steamed milk for a matcha latte. You can also add sweetener to taste, such as honey or sugar.
