Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you normally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Please complete the form below to notify us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Once the form has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation by email.

The products must be returned no later than 14 days after you notified us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Please note that food products such as matcha, hojicha and tea must remain unopened and have an intact seal in order to be returned under the right of withdrawal.

When exercising the standard right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the product is damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered, please contact us instead at info@sumomatcha.se.
