Barista Grade Matcha — Built for Milk

Our Barista grade is built for one thing — cutting through milk. Whether you're pulling together an iced matcha latte, a matchaccino or something entirely your own, this is the grade that delivers every time.

Made for milk

Barista grade uses leaves from the second harvest — bolder, more robust and with a flavor strong enough to hold its own against oat, almond, soy or dairy milk. The result is a creamy, vibrant drink with a naturally balanced sweetness and a beautiful green color that looks as good as it tastes.

Where it comes from

We source our Barista grade from Kyoto and Kagoshima, Japan, two of the country's most respected matcha-growing regions. EU Organic certified, clearly labelled and packed to preserve freshness from farm to cup.

Not just for lattes

Barista grade works just as well in smoothies, overnight oats or baked into your favorite recipes. It's the most versatile grade we offer, bold enough to stand out, smooth enough to work with almost anything.

For cafés and home baristas alike

We supply our Barista grade in both 50g bags for home use and 1kg bulk for cafés and restaurants. If you're interested in wholesale pricing or white label options, get in touch here.

How to use it

Sift 2–3g of matcha into a cup or pitcher. Add a small amount of hot water (70–80°C) and whisk until smooth. Steam or froth your milk of choice and pour over. Serve hot or over ice.
